President Paul Kagame will visit Ngororero District, Western Province where he is expected to meet with area residents tomorrow. Speaking to The New Times, the vice Mayor of Ngororero, Emmanuel Mpazimpaka, said that the Government has given special attention to the districts of Ngororero and Nyaruguru because they perform poorly in term of people’s welfare.
